The food is good but it really isn’t even all that. I’ve had it at least like 4 times now? And each time I get a bowl, they only fill it up halfway. I asked for some extra rice to make up for the lack of food, and they brought it out and spilled it. I can understand that it was a simple mistake, but the fact that she rolled her eyes at me at proceeded to walk away after my desired rice was not it. I would never recommend anyone to go here and wold rather spend my $11 on a bowl for something else. I would only say get the chips and guac.

I love Chipotle and I couldn’t wait until this location opened. I usually go inside so I can see them make my food. Today, I ordered on the app and picked up at the window (I live 5 minutes away). I spent $75 on my family food. My hard shell tacos were soggy, they forgot my sour cream and my kids burritos were so filled, the wrap bust open. They had to eat them with a fork. I know the place just opened and some employees are learning, but why give someone a burrito that has clearly bust out of the foil when another piece of foil would have solved that? I think they are so busy and they rush to keep up. Word of advice; when making a burrito that has a lot of items on it, be careful of how much you add to the burrito. Make sure it will close properly.

I’d love to say how the food was but no one at the counter took my order. I walked up and waited. There were at least seven people working but not one even acknowledged I was there. There was only one car in the drive-thru and no one inside the store save for me. I watched workers walk back and forth in front of me but never speak to me. After standing there for a few awkward moments, I left. Wawa got my money that day instead.

I had a countdown going for this location to open! The employees were so friendly, smiling and greeting people. The cashier was even cleaning tables in between ringing. Food was fresh and delicious! Whoever is making the guacamole at this place needs to watch a YouTube video. Guacamole is not just avocados, cilantro, and onions mashed up. 3rd time in a row, they completely forgot salt and lime. My 5 yr old makes better guacamole. Stop charging extra for trash.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve been multiple time because it’s the closest one but never again. They always mess up your order, skimp on every ingredient even if your paying for extra, run out of ingredients 2 hours before closing, give you attitude and are rude, slow, and speak incoherently. This branch is ran horribly and employs dead end employees that will never amount to anything. Voorhees branch actually does their job and is worth the drive.
