We just ordered from Carl’s Jr. They messed up our order at the window when we first ordered. Then made us wait like 30 min because they took our order wrong. Then didn’t give us a receipt. And messed up our order came back and shift leader, Jessica, refuses to hear me out and started to argue with me and I told “please do not argue with me” at first refused to give me my receipt then when I asked for her manager she said she was the manager but her shirt said shift leader. I know that is not the manager. And when I finally saw the receipt I saw that they charged me wrong. Girly, if you don’t like your job then don’t be a shift lead. She was also being kind of rude to her cashier.

Ok I know that Cjr is expensive but when it was just me & my mom eating costing $27.80 and as we pulled up to the drive through, no one answered I had to shout for them to ask what I would want to order, then after I finished ordering n said that will be all, she did not let me know what my total came out to, so u had to drive to the window to find out that the 2 different combos came out to almost $30 then they proceed to tell us to pull into a parking space to wait, but luckily it wasn’t a long wait, n the food was decent but that was my experience.
