At first, I thought this was going to be more of a traditional Mexican Restaurant, once I open the door I realized what this was going to be. I did get excited about it because the atmosphere was very inviting. This sort of a basement was very well designed. The decor was intelligent.

I went to Rafa’s during the Red Fern Festival, and it was amazing. The service was great, and the food was amazing. I ordered the birria burrito. The birria had a lot of flavor, and it was amazing. We also ordered the nachos. The portion was huge. It was very good as well. Definitely will be back.

Great build your own nachos, carnitas style. Stacked high, enough for two people, fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Try the hot salsa, very good.

Had deluxe nachos very similar to stadium concession stand. Steak was dry and chewy. Guacamole was brown on top. Cheese was thin and runny. Food was mediocre for the price. Explained to server it was first time there and didn’t understand menu. Was given little to no help. Do not recommend.

Burrito was very bland, the workers there were very unwelcoming and rude, the water they used in the drinks were obviously unfiltered- it was like drinking sink water flavored with syrup, the food was very overpriced, and the quesadilla was so greasy. There are better places in town folks, but this ain’t it.

I absolutely loved this place, the inside looked absolutely beautiful and you wouldn’t expect the place to be downstairs which is freakin cool! And the burrito was huge and delicious!! I will definitely be back!! I wish I had known about it sooner! And the staff is so helpful and friendly!

My mom is visiting so I am taking her places I’ve never tried yet. And so far everything has been delicious, except for the tacos she had that I tried and said stop eating it and ask for something else. I’m a retired chef of 30 years and if I tell my mom to stop eating it, that means not good quality meat for her tacos. My burrito was awesome

This place has great food. My wife and I went in through the front, which I’m sure most people would normally do. The stairs are a little difficult for someone with knee problems or handicapped. We did not know about the entrance from the back of the building with a small ramp. We will enter here next time we go there.
