Don’t waste your time. Waited over an hour to find out the delivery driver dropped it off at the wrong house. Then I was told that the driver told her supervisor that she placed it in my hand earlier. Her supervisor showed up with her, but the driver never got out of the car because she knew she was lying her a$$ off. What a bunch of morons. How hard is it to deliver food to the right address. I asked for a refund and was told it didn’t warrant a refund and was hung up on. Marco’s is giving jobs to the mentally challenged. I guess that’s about the only thing that may be positive…or negative if you rely on them for anything that requires thinking!!

One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. Pepperoni is the best part for my work crew. Met the owner and he a very nice guy as well. We will order Marco’s instead of PJ and domino’s from here forward.

I called a different pizza joint at 4:45pm to order for pickup or delivery. Which ever would meet the 6pm dinner I had planned. I ordered 10 pizzas and the other joint canceled my order after I paid $145 online.

I’ve already file a complaint with the BBB and filled out a Marcos feedback form. Just letting people know how bad this location is. The girl on the phone is was absolutely rude and kept rushing us to place our order. We were going to pick it up in-store but they said no walk ins after 10:30 and wouldn’t deliver the pizza unless we put a 10 tip for the driver. I just had my wallet stolen so I asked her to wait so I could transfer my money to my cash app card and the girl on the phone started to yell that we were taking to long and didn’t want to place the order. Once we finally put the order in she hung up without saying anything. The girl who delivered our food didn’t say anything to us. She didn’t give us a receipt or check if our order was correct and shoved the pizzas at us even though she had gotten a 10 dollar tip. When we looked at the pizzas they weren’t correct and we didn’t get any of our sauces. I asked to be contacted by a Marcos rep and no one did. This behavior is unacceptable. I also wasted a coupon on this order.
