I’ve had trouble in the past with Pinocchio’s service, but we had a group of nearly 20 people and all went on there on faith, and it was wonderful. The waitress was very organized on getting all our orders, the staff added extra people to get us all our salads, and all of our various entrees all arrived hot and delicious and the portions were good. The garlic breadsticks were wonderful.

Our first time in CO for softball and we felt like eating Italian. Googled this place, and it was amazing! We had the Pinocchio Pep rolls and they were delicious. My kid had the bow tie fettuccine Alfredo and I had the baked cheese ravioli, and they were both delicious. If you’re in the area, definitely try this place.

We love Pinocchio’s! We get the family spaghetti and meatball special once a week. It’s great food at a great price. The staff is always kind and customer-focused. It doesn’t have the atmosphere of an overly fancy restaurant but that’s not really expected for a restaurant in a small strip mall. That said, it’s a nice dining room with a variety of seating options quiet enough for guests to talk without having to raise their voices.

This was an awesome surprise! I was at a nearby hotel and was wanting a non-chain restaurant. Pinocchios was excellent… Friendly, fast service – they were doting and cheery. And absolutely delicious food – – the Caesar salad was crisp with a nice homemade dressing. The bread sticks were crusty with a salted butter coating, but soft and chewy inside. And the meat lovers calzone had a great crust with spicy sausage that really gave it kick. The marinara sauce was also really tasty.

My husband is here in the area for work and I came to visit him and we needed a place to eat and I wanted to give this place a try. Let me tell you best decision ever! The food was delicious and impeccable. I ordered the rosemary chicken for dinner and the chicken was juicy and the pasta was cooked to perfection. We also had dessert and we ordered both the carrot cake and the tiramisu (obviously) both we out of this world delicious! Not overly sweet and moist. If I’m ever in town I will eat here again!

The food .. good. The atmosphere was eccentric ONLY because of the guy playing the guitar. But the rice in the other hand was -99.9. It was negligent and rude. The waitress was acting like a moody teenager and we would ask her for something and give us a nasty look and walk way while saying things under her breath. I am never going back. Please managers pay attention to you costumer service because the food is really good.

Perfect snow day! We were hungry for anything and wanted to dine in for lunch to stay warm. This local authentic Italian restaurant in Longmont surprised us with their selection of aperitivios, pastas, signature main dishes, wine list and yummy desserts. A must visit for you!
