I ordered a burrito bowl with steak and they had the nerve to send me a bowl with just steak in it for $14. I know it costs more when you order online, but that’s beside the point. $14 for just steak, when I was very clear about the ingredients I wanted.

The manager of this location needs to give more attention to the cleanliness of this location. The counters need to be cleaned more often. The staff continues to shuffle spilled food up and down the counter and no one thinks to clean it. Nasty!

Night Shift employees on this place really really unresponsive when it comes to take care of customers ….. they can’t even solve a little issue as to get an straw to a customer responding with a”idgaf”attitude . Fire them all!!!!!!

Possibly the worst tasking Chipotle I’ve ever had. I got a steak burrito and I picked it up and grease started pouring down my arms. It tasted like the grill hadn’t been cleaned all week, and could only eat about 1/4 of it without being concerned about food illnesses. Won’t be back, and my list of Chipotle restaurants around the US is dwindling.

Overall, I’ve had a solid experience here getting mobile orders (probably 20+ orders at this point). Not as good as some Chipotles, but very solid and they usually get my order right. Would be a 5 star if not for messing up my order the one time.
