The food is worth the money (most of the time). Sometimes you’ll have to wait 10-15 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Or sometimes your chicken will look almost burnt because they don’t like to change the oil. Whatever you do, I wouldn’t use their drink machines; one quick look at the taps will show you how much they care about sanitizing.

The drive through was wrapped around the building so I went inside to order. Mistake!! The inside was ignored until the whole drive through was completely taken care of, then some one who was not trained or was totally incompetent came to the register to wait on us. After repeatedly giving my order 4 times he still got it wrong causing me to be over charged and ending up with food I didn’t want or need. But because I had already been there so long and the line had grown inside at this point, I just told the server filling my order to let it go. It wasn’t worth making the other folks wait longer and he was struggling trying to take the man’s order behind me even after my order was filled and I was leaving. I felt bad for the rest of the customers and the poor man who obviously couldn’t do this job. My biscuit was not that good after the long wait as well. It was a strange combination of being hard on the outside and tasting as though it wasn’t cooked properly on the inside. The ham was over cooked to the point that I could hardly chew it, while the bo rounds tasted like old grease and were undercooked.

Edit (2023/03/16): I’m done with this place, unfortunately. The last two times that I got food from this location, I actually became ill. The first time, my Sierra Mist tasted bitter. I took the lid off and it was blue. Blue. They had changed the dispenser the previous night, and I suspect that some of the cleaning solution remained in the well. I’m willing to forgive, so I went back again several days later. I had a sausage biscuit and diet Pepsi. I became sick again. I used to go to Bojangles regularly. I will never go again.

Bojangles currently. Sat in drive through at sign 10 minutes – no one took my order. Went inside – currently at 5 minutes. Theres 4 to 5 people working here and no one can talk to me. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Dining room is closed again and NO Bo’s signature sandwhich?!?!?! I ordered two, but they didn’thave any ready to serve. Oh well, I qm sure it is NOT as good as the newer ZAXBY’S chicken sandwhich Bojangles! Consistent food quality and friendly cashier. The experience would be better with a cleaner restaurant – specifically cleaner tables. The table was dirty and sticky. Our order was exactly what we ordered, hot and delicious! Stop in and enjoy you some BOJANGLES! ENJOY!
