Placed an order on the app, my pizza wasn’t ready for an additional 40 minutes!! Then we found wax paper under all the cheese!! ☹️ I understand the wait bc places are short staffed but the wax paper was ridiculous.

This place used to be one of thr best little caesars around…..food hot and done on time…..but recently the quality has been on a steady decline. Normally I let it go and figure it’s because they are busy or having a bad day until today. I went in and there wasn’t a single person in there and they’re weren’t any names up on the take out screen and I received a pizza that had hardly any cheese but had a 3 inch outer crust! Customer service was good like normal but you don’t really need great customer service considering I ordered ahead and just grabbed it from the kiosk. Very disappointed!

Ordered through portal pick up told me 22 min I waited my time drove to store and when I walked in my pizza was not ready and when I said something the girl working rolled her eyes and then proceeded to only put my pizza in the oven at that time. I then waited another 10 min then asked what the portal was there for so the customers don’t have to wait correct? She which she called herself the manager got an attitude told me its cause they were busy that’s why they didn’t have my pizza ready. But when I got to Little Caesar’s they were having a good old time goofing around talking until I checked the portal and then they completely ignored me until I asked about the portal. I got such an attitude from the “manager” i will never step foot in that Little Caesar’s again. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. KEEP YOUR ATTITUDE TO YOURSELF WHEN YOU ARE IN THAT FIELD.

Went in on 8/16/19 evening about 7pm to pick up a Hot & Ready pizza (Ready being the optimal word here as per advertising). I’ve been here before and treated with courtesy even if I had to wait for my order to be done. On this occasion there was a more mature woman there that seems to have been in charge of the others and made sure everyone there knew that. She was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at this location. She was on a power trip and treated her coworkers horribly (again so that everyone else there would know she was “in charge”). If I had the time I would’ve given her some advice on customer service and if I EVER go there again and she’s there I will take my time to tell her about herself. I’ll gave her the benefit of the doubt that it may have been a bad day but even then there is NO EXCUSE for treating others with such rudeness if SHE CANNOT handle the pressure of her job.

Went into this location at 5:39 and didn’t leave until 6:30!!! An entire hour waiting, along with about 6 other customers, for a deep dish, cheese pizza and wings. I asked to get my money back; got ignored, asked if I could get a gift card; got ignored, asked to speak to the guy in charge (who was standing back there acting as if he was actually doing something) and once again I was ignored. Every time I go in I’m usually waiting about 25 minutes but tonight was a disaster & I didn’t even get an apology for waiting that hour for something so simple, people were going in after me and leaving after me while they ordered either just as much or more. I work in the restaurant business and today’s service was horrendous and I hope something gets done about it soon. If I could give this rating 0 or negative stars I would. Never again am I going there nor am I recommending it to anyone. They weren’t even “busy” when I went in and still was treated like garbage. I hope this team gets trained better it gets replaced because it was ridiculous. That is all, have a better night than I did.

The pizza is great. I love it. The problem comes with the wait time. It’s advertised as “Hot and ready” but 9 times out of 10 it’s not and you’ll have to wait 20-30 minutes, sometimes more if it’s peak time on a Holiday. It’s sad that they advertise that and then has a long wait. Like I said, the pizza was good and for 5 dollars it’s great. Shouldn’t have to wait 25 minutes, though. Staff isn’t nice either.

The teenagers are very rude. They always mess up my order if I call in. These kids need guidance and the manager isn’t giving it to them. People at this particular location are very untrained and rude. I totally understand they are young but need proper training because they are making pizza. It is not a very hard job if trained. Please hire new staff to train your employees and start caring. Otherwise this particular location will eventually shut down!

This location is the absolute worst. They never have pizza ready like they advertise. Every time I go there the staff is disorganized and you have to tell them at least 5 times what you ordered. I know these jobs are 1st jobs for many teenagers but they really need to be more selective and set some standards. None of them wear gloves to handle the food, they drop the pans on the floor and put them back on the racks to use again, one person sneezed into his hand and didnt wash them, needless to say this is the last visit to this location.

Tried to order on the phone and was hung up on. Then tried 14 times to call and the call was ignored. Arrived and there were no hot and ready pizzas ready. Had my order placed was told it up to wait for 10 minutes which is fine but then they got the order wrong. Luckily they caught it before it was made but I had to have my order rerung up. And that put my order behind people who had ordered after me. So I had to wait longer. They forgot to ring up a cheese bread the second time but they did give me one for free. Which is why this is a two-star instead of a one-star.

I used to love going to this place, but I went the other day with a family member, we ordered one cheese pizza, one three meats, one pepperoni pizza and an order of bacon and cheese bits. The hole order took 35 minutes, can you believe that!!!! no one had the common sense to offer me something extra or take something off my order for waiting that long, when it’s suppose to only be about a five minute wait for the food you order their. I just took my stuff and left. I probably won’t go there again.
