Beautiful small place. Excellent food (see pictures) the spices could be tasted throughout the rice and the goat curry (first time) just had me coming back for more with the garlic naan bread. Very sweet lady serving us, explained the the menu well especially since we had one person in our group that couldn’t handle to much spice. Best part: the mango drink oh yea and I appreciated it was all Halal. Btw this was my families first time eating Pakistaní food

Their food was good but not that good to price is so high. It’s definitely on the pricy side compared to other desi restaurants bigger and better than them. Their biryani was good but I just hope they added less extra things like cardamom in biryani so it’s easier to eat rather than picking things out. Their malai boti and cheese kabab were good also as well as the karahi. But I was expecting the karahi to be the star of the show since the name of the restaurant is all about karahi. Their friend ice cream is really good as well. And the star of the show is actually their naan. That’s one thing I’ll come back for if I ever do. Another element is that the place is very congested. They used the place at their full seating capacity so the tables are very close to one another. I wish the space was bigger. This review is based on two visits and I feel the same both times.

Visited Karahi Adda after much views on Instagram. My wife and I went on a Tuesday afternoon where the restaurant was virtually empty inside so had the place to our selves. They were also completing Grubhub/Seamless orders it seemed like.

Amazing place with the best Pakistani food in New York. It is really hard to find a restaurant where your desi parents can enjoy the food as they’re not easy to please when it comes to desi food but Karahi Adda didn’t disappoint. Their customer service was excellent as well. Great place to go with family and friends. Highly recommend.

We went on a Saturday evening and the wait was about 45 minutes. It was busy! Service was excellent. Staff was patient and very accommodating. Decent decor and casual vibe. Food, however, did not meet the expectations. We tried the chicken, beef, goat karahi, Biriyani, chicken cheese kabob, momos, mango lassi and garlic naan. The only thing out of them I would actually recommend is the chicken cheese kabob. Everything else was below par. Also, what’s with the complimentary salad? It was a group of 6 adults and 3 kids — we got 2 tiny plates of salad. I get it, it’s complimentary but it would be better if they actually don’t serve it at all. It was awkward to say the least. Overall, it’s decent for the location.

Amazing charsi chicken Karahi, garlic naan and malai boti! The chicken lollipop & cheese chicken kebab were also good, the kebab was just a little too soft for my liking. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. One suggestion would be to add a green garlic chutney to serve with the food. Seating area was also very nice, we definitely needed a nice fine dining Pakistani restaurant in the area, and now we have one. Food is always fresh & service impeccable, keep up the good work!

The food was great, but not a fan of the billing practices. We were charged for water, a credit card fee, and 18% mandatory tip. While I am fine with pay fair prices for food, please be transparent and include the costs in the price of the meals vs these fees. Also, the service was not good, I had to get the server’s attention twice even though we were the only people at the restaurant.
