I ordered a two PC filet and received one filet cut in half. The food was cut in half, but the price stayed the same. ♀️ The fish is normally pretty good, but today it had a very fishy taste. Not good at all.

This place knows how to fry some fish and fry it good, well seasoned crispy outside warm flaky inside as it should be. Good variety on the menu with the fish options and the sides., The sides are good! The ladies at the front are nice and real as it gets, lol. One thing I really like is they don’t charge extra for extras unlike some places. So if I ask for extra pickle or hot sauce or ketchup..no problem.

Decent place to get fried catfish. I got the catfish strips which came with 2 sides. I chose jalapeño poppers with fries. The fries were sliced potatoes which I like. Atmosphere is friendly. Just expect a wait of about 30 minutes since this is made to order.

The green beans there were super . I could eat those all day. The cake was a delicious addition to a meal. I ordered the catfish and unfortunately I was not impressed. I don’t know if it’s grilled then fried but it was a little too hard for my liking. It was edible but probably wouldn’t do that portion I would definitely come for the beans.

Always friendly, food is cooked to order which can lead to a long wait during the lunch rush. My only wish is that they offered diet or zero sugar sodas. Fish is always seasoned and cooked to perfection. I have tried the Tilapia, whole catfish and double filet. My gavorite sides are the hush puppies and jacket fries. The servings are large and guaranteed to leave you full! Plates come with 2 slices of bread, pickles, onions and a slice of moist pound cake. I would share a photo, but I dig in right away
