Ordered online but realized I had made a mistake with the order. Good thing I was around the corner. Pulled up to the window and explained what I did and how I messed up. The delightful lady at the window went and talked to her manager and came back to tell me it was taken care of and to come back when it was ready. When I returned she hands me my chicken Alfredo and a chef salad and says all is taken care of. No extra charge or any problems at all. Talk about amazing customer service! We are so thankful as we have been moving and we’re hot and hungry. Our food was great! Fresh and yummy. Thank you so much! We will be back more often.

We have never been to Jim’s Razorback Pizza before this but we will definitely be coming back. Their Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza was amazing. The fact that they make their own ranch only adds to how good this was. We were also lucky enough to try a new dessert, Apple Pie Pizza. I have had apple pie pizza before but they always fell short until now. It was crispy, sweet, and was just perfection. If you find yourself driving through Arkansas, stop at Jim’s.

This is a great place to go. I’ve only had the pizza, which in my opinion whether you get a personal or a large the quality is awesome. The prices aren’t too bad either and the ranch is awesome. Which they never charged me for. The staff is always very friendly and you can tell they work hard to earn your business. I go there at least once a week and they’re always been very consistent. Which is all I can ask for. Besides an awesome pie!

Terrible service and the ability to follow instructions. My order was simple, large pepperoni extra cheese, half jalapeno 10-piece chicken wings, Barbecue. Chicken wings were fine except for the lack of barbecue sauce. The major problem was the pizza. The pizza that was delivered was cheese and half jalapeno. So they got that wrong. Call them back, and they sent a new pizza, which was also wrong, half jalapeno half pepperoni. No extra cheese on either one. Their pizza is not very good. A DiGiorno pizza at Walmart tastes better than there’s.
