This location is ROUGH. Horrible customer service, it feels like they are annoyed by customers being there at all and it’s very off putting. And rarely do they have anything besides cheese and pepperoni hot and ready- this includes their breads which should also be hot and ready. I also don’t know why but they can’t seem to get the crust right on the Italian cheese bread / deep dish/ sticks and slices. Detroit style pizza is supposed to have a caramelized crust and I’ve never gotten it right here. It’s unfortunate that it’s the closest location to me and that I can’t seem to learn my lesson and keep comying back for more, but I won’t be frequenting this location from here on out.

The best thing about Little Caesars is the pizza is just ready. It is often hot and ready, just like their slogan says. The $5 pizza is cheesy, greasy, and delicious. The crazy bread is amazing and sometimes I go there just for that!

My husband and I have come to this little Caesar’s religiously. We think it’s the best location for the best pizza nearby. We had a terrible experience recently as a family, however, that has permanently lowered my opinion of this location. My brother ordered online and originally set a pick-up time for the evening. When he went to edit his order, the time changed to ASAP instead. We tried to call the facility over 15 times with no answer. When we came in to see if we could get a new order since this one had been sitting out for so long, they were completely hostile and refused to give us any options as far as our order, even though we tried to fix the order by calling earlier. The manager was rolling her eyes at us, shushing us when we kindly tried to explain the situation, and continued to walk away from a conversation with us. The man at the register swore at my brother calling him a liar, and they threatened to call the cops on my brother when he was frustrated about the order. Overall, I have never had a worse customer service experience. I felt completely disrespected and left feeling worse than when I showed up.

No line, no customers in the store, no service to be found. Woman at the counter barely speaks english and cant navigate the register in a timely manner. Dude in the back walking around at a slugs pace. And on top of that they charge you more than what the product and the service is even worth just so they can stay in business. If you aren’t willing to pay for good employees you might as well close so a restaurant with actual good customer service can occupy the spot.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was hands down, the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. We had an issue with the app causing our pizza to be ready at the incorrect time. When we showed up, they tried to sell us several hour old pizza that had not even been in the portal, it was sitting out on the counter. When we opened the box, the pizza was cold and stuck to the box. Completely inedible and unsafe. The manager refused to speak to us because they were “too busy” and told us they never answer the phone because they are too busy. They refused to give us a refund or make us new pizza.The young man at the register swore at us and told us we were liars and refused to help us. They shushed us and told us to leave or else they would call the police. The most infuriating thing was the lack on managements parts to even speak to us about our concern. Absolutely the worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had and will NEVER be coming back to this location. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

Everyone knows when you go here that you aren’t expecting high quality food. Their selling point is to have pizza available on a walk in basis (hot and ready). I went in during a not busy time (there was no one in the restaurant) and asked for 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese. I was told the total and paid and then told that pizza would be ready in 10 minutes… Ok, came back in 10 minutes and was told 10 more minutes because they sold my cheese pizza to someone else. No sorry, no here’s some free crazy bread (tried to order that originally and was told they were out). Little ceasers has a very low bar for expectations and somehow they didn’t clear that…
