The soup selection was also impressive, with a variety of options to choose from, including vegetarian and gluten-free choices. The atmosphere of the restaurant was modern and inviting, and Melissa was super friendly and attentive. By far my favorite Cafe Zupas location, the food at zupas is always amazing, but the Deerfield location exceeds my expectations every time. The manager Meliss is always friendly and kind to customers, and makes the place feel so welcoming. This store doesn’t have the business it deserves, it’s so clean and very organized, 10/10!

Greens are good and fresh – that’s about it. Ordered delivery, delivered super quickly but soup was lukewarm – not sure it had ever been hot. Bread gummy and flavorless – nothing they should be calling a “baguette.” Wrong dressing, which I did not discover until I’d already accidentally befouled my salad with ranch. Portions smallish for the price. Bacon flabby and not at all crisp.

The moment I came in, I felt immediatly immersed in the cafe zupas enviroment. As kind and patient employees welcomed me, they provided me many options and support for deciding my meal. The staff was very kind and not only did they pour me a cup of the delicious chickpea and vegtable soup, but they also poured their heart into it aswell. My jaw was wide open when I saw them make my nuts about berries salad, seeing them craft it was magical, I felt like a little boy inside Willy Wonkas chocolate factory. When I paid for my food, I nourished my soul with their rewards as I felt truly valued with the numerous benefits, not counting the free strawberry and bread. When I was rung up for my meal, I was astonished to see such low prices for high quality ingredients in my gourmet meal. As I was looking for a seat, I didn’t have to scavenge across the resturant for a clean table as every table and chair was SPOTLESS. Everything in this resturant struck a chord with me, cannot wait to visit it again!

Ordered a Large Southwest Protein Bowl. After waiting 30 minutes for this, I could not be more disappointed. No idea what they made, but it’s far from a large protein bowl…more like a pathetic side salad with a small scoop of cold chicken. Will never eat here again and you should be ashamed at what you are sending out the door.
