I’ve been a customer at this Domino’s for 6 yrs off and on placing online orders mainly. No issues everything just as I ordered on time and prices just right for me. Now lately I will go inside to place my order. I would be driving home from work and they are a block from my apartment so i stopped to order. I have 2 favorite med pizza combos and cinnamon bread with icing I order and wait there til ready. The employees are really friendly and polite and quick service pizza doesn’t take to long to make. Getting home it’s time to enjoy my meal until my next visit which has been once to twice a month lately. I hope this helps a customer in deciding?

So it’s been a few months that they connect you to a call center somewhere in India to make a phone order and that experience is terrible I switched places where I order just because of that. It has been many times that those people make me feel uncomfortable….

I saw the guy in the kitchen working, and he dropped my pizza box on the ground. He then picked it up and put my pizza back in it. I didn’t want to take the risk of eating something that had been on the floor, so I asked for my money back.

Place looks clean but you never know what’s behind the counter. Guy behind the counter not very friendly… pizza was COLD not bad though. Second time here and using the tracker app. Not very useful even before the tracker says pizza is ready it already sitting on their rack getting cold. No plates no Parmesan…what’s a pizza place with no Parmesan

This is my first time in montebello and I placed an order and asked the lady if i can carry on the pizza If I’m like 5 min and she refused and said no only deliver so I said ok but she charged me 30 dollar for only one pie and appetizer even I was like 3 blocks away from them and also she messed up the pizza I told her only veggie but she put bacon in it. My order was for 4 pizzas but the shop forgot one. When I called to inquire the next morning, Ana tried to make me feel bad for their mistake and said she wouldn’t give me credit because I didn’t call the night of the order. She argued with me and eventually she agreed to give me credit. Then a pizza shows up instead of the credit she promised. The whole thing was avoidable if they hadn’t forgotten the pizza in the first place. I love domino’s. The quality is always great. But this time the service provided no empathy or understanding and I was treated like a child. She interrogated me asking why I didn’t call right away. It’s not her business that my mom passed recently and we were having a gathering. I was distracted and realized the mistake in the morning and called them when they opened. This was a very upsetting person and experience.

Great Pizza Joint. Pizzas and everything in the menu are made to order. Usual time for baking and out the oven is about 10 minutes or less. On busy Hours orders might take longer than usual but never the less you always get fresh baked goods.
