Attempted to place order over phone. Personnel spoke so quick or unclearly that I repeated asked for clarity. I was told their phone was working correctly and that it was my phone having problems. Seemed like a rude response when all the person needed to do was speak slower and clearly so I could understand what was being said. I then placed order online and pizza would be ready for 45min! We had hoped to pick up on our way through and not need to wait. It would have been more timely to walk into Little Caesars and place order, picking it up 15 min later.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The business hours are stated until 10pm. I went in a 915, 45 minutes prior to closing and was told my order could not be cooked because all their machines had been broken down and cleaned for the night. I wanted an order of stuffed crazy bread and a promotional stuff crust pizza. They refused service because they were closing in 45 minutes. I called the other little Ceasars off 12th and they had no problem making my order doing their job. The manager of the Clifton store was the one who.refused our order. It’s incredibly sad what people think is acceptable work ethic now days.
