Went through the drive thru to get some double downs. The employee in the drive thru was very much not understanding me, acting as if I were rushing her, and ended up ringing me up for a chicken sandwich instead of my double down. I went inside to have it corrected, and luckily the staff was understanding and quick to fix the issue. Once all was said and done I had some amazing food but the service did bring down the experience a bit.

All the chairs were on the table and none of them seemed to be wiped off AT ALL. I did take a baby wipe to the one we took chairs off of and it turned a whole different color. There is no ice at least 3 different visits when i went there was absolutely none. Food was super hot had to wait about 35 minutes for them to turn fryers on around 330 or 4 PM so that was a little ridiculous but at least my food was hot this time.

Absolutely horrible. I had to wait 45 minutes for TWO COMBOS. No hustle, no running around, one girl was on her phone. The window cashier was clearly undertrained and didn’t know what was going on. I understand busy but there was no communication in the kitchen, no sense of urgency, taking orders for things they don’t have ala chicken sandwich buns and on top of that they weren’t even busy! It wasn’t packed inside or line outside around the building. I get being understaffed but it was ridiculous.

Absolutely aberrant. I’ve only ever ordered in from this place and I can confirm, it’s not worth anything. True, KFC is not known for being a decent fast food chain, but this place is far beyond what is deemed acceptable. I gave this place maybe 15-21 chances to redeem itself, but I feel like it got worse every time I ordered. They even once forgot to add chicken to my chicken sandwich. I don’t know if it’s the culture there or what, but staff is usually rude. Places like this helped lead to my vegetarianism.

I went to get a take out order for me and my family yesterday. When I got there I was told it would be about 20 minutes and they gave me a free soda to sit and wait. So I sat down and enjoyed the free pop, but when I was looking up at the counter everyone was just… eating. No one seemed to be making my food. After the 20 minutes passed I went to ask about my order, I used to work fast food so I didn’t want to already ask before the time they gave me. The guy behind the counter gave me a confused look and told me I already got my food. Then a different co worker came up and remembered they needed to make my food. Apparently they bumped my order after giving me the pop, without thinking. Never going back.

Haven’t had kfc chicken tenders since 2020 something always messing like the chicken tenders this past Sunday yall missing in the car 7 pm in this car and women driving say yall closed at 6 when it says you close at 8 you pull of your headphones to drive threw and say someone else working I don’t know if they thieves, protesting or what the hell is going on but . This is the worst KFC I’ve ever experienced. It isn’t a one-off experience either. I try to be understanding – maybe I got the wrong order, maybe it was a rough night – but it’s gotten ridiculous. I only ever order a chicken pot pie fill up. Half the time the pie is halfway out of the tin, but I’d prefer that to the other half of the time when I don’t even get my food – or I get the wrong food entirely. The attached image is what I got tonight when I ordered a pot pie. I know capitalism is crushing all of our souls and the employees are underpaid, but disrespect and disregard here is on another level. This has been going on for months and I’m sick of giving this place more chances to waste my time and money.

Paid $40 for a meal for my family. They told me it would be a 10 minute wait for my Mac & cheese. 35 minutes later they bring it out to me, ( the girl who brought it out was very apologetic) I get home my chicken order was completely wrong and I didn’t have a single biscuit. Avoid this place. The employees don’t value their jobs or the customers.
