We took our grandchildren there for a little doughnut fun. We were so disappointed. The service was very poor. We waited to be waited on for at least 10 minutes. There was no one in line in front of us. There was a steady line through the drive through so apparently the 4-5 employees I saw were needed there. Doughnut selection was limited (it was 9:15 a.m). The store itself was not tidy, with paper debris and even some dead bugs on the floor. Needless to say, we will not be going back. Such a shame…. The store didn’t use to be this way.

Hey just stopped by grabbing coffee and donuts for me and my coworkers (all essential workers) and manager stressed out all personnel by saying louder to me “MAM I DONT SPEAK SPANISH”! and gave me a bad bad coffee because wasn’t served kindly. Well never stop by there any more! Ughh

I am a regular customer at this DD & love this location!! They are always accurate with my orders and super friendly! Nothing like a delicious coffee that is made just how you love it! The drive thru can be long at times but for the most part they are super fast. Definitely recommend this location!

My daughter and I have been to DD’s all over the place, some good many bad. This particular one has been our favorite for a few years now. They consistently get our order correct, are extremely friendly, and have their drive through system down pat. Occasionally you’ll have to pull around the building to wait for a moment so that others can be taken care of, but the wait time is rarely more than a minute or so. This has become our coffee place and I can’t remember the last time we hit up Starbucks (only a 1/2 mile down the road), due to the better prices, the flavor of the coffee, and the DD app that lets you accrue points for free coffee.

Staff seems nice, but for real (and I say this with a heavy heart) they have the worst service. They take forever, and there is literally no reason as to why. At first I thought maybe someone new is working there, the computers are down, but no they are consistently the slowest “fast-food” place around.
