We stopped ordering from Papa Johns months ago after our last experience. We ordered the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and it looked disgusting, just thrown together and inedible. The employees face when he handed me the box should have been a clear indicator that something was wrong but I didn’t check until I got home. I would have preferred for him to admit he didn’t know how to make that particular pizza than to hand me greasy soggy garbage and waste my money. I complained TWICE to corporate and requested a refund but received no response at all. Not even a coupon or an apology. I’ve had issues with papa John’s in the past, but last time was the LAST time.

Don’t bother trying to call this store if your order is messed up, they don’t answer the phone. We ordered online for delivery and shouldn’t have left the tip on the card before the food was delivered. Several things were missing from out order THAT I PAID FOR. At least if you order through uber you could get your money back for the things they didn’t bring you. No drinks to eat our food with while out of town. I also order several sauces at $1 a piece that we did not receive. That’s just the bad before you get to the food. They put the pepperoni under the cheese on the pizza, there is tons of sauce on the pizza, it just didn’t taste like Papa Johns that we know. Buyer beware. If you order from here your order will most likely not be right, not taste good and they will not answer if something is wrong. Stay far away from this Papa Johns!

If we could give zero stars we would. We are In town visiting a friend and ordered from this Papa John’s and let me tell you…NEVER AGAIN!!!! We ordered a large pepperoni, stuffed crust pizza, cheese stix, cookie, 2 liter and 3 garlic sauce(since one already come in the box we ordered the 3 extra to have 4). We recieved a medium cheese pizza with stuffed crust, cookie, and breadsticks. We had no drink for any of us and no sauce. Sauce okay maybe if you forget it but a 2 liter drink? How do you know if someone has drinks to drink if they may be from out of town like us? We will be back to New Castle to visit and I assure you we will NEVER be back to this Papa Johns!!!

When I ordered online the estimate was around 30 minutes and the “tracking” on the webpage showed it wasn’t ready yet. I left about 20 minutes later and the pizza was ready when I arrived. When I returned home, the pizza wasn’t exactly what I’d call right out of the oven. I’m aware I live 4 miles away but there was minimal traffic on the trip home. It honestly felt as though it had been sitting. It wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t as good as I had from another Papa John’s which had a longer ride to destination and was hotter when I arrived there. I’m left mildly disappointed.

Food was hot, soda was still ice cold, and driver was super friendly and cheerful! I wish I had gotten his name to mention him. It’s to be expected that any late night orders will include a delivery driver who is ready to go home and moping along, but his great attitude was genuinely appreciated. Our order time from being placed online to delivery was hardly 35 minutes. Food was fresh and tasty!

This individual franchise owner is not doing Papa Johns name any favors. Not my first issue with them. Problems every other order. If you’re going to run a food service business. Hair nets are required by law! No seal on my box either. Not that it would help. Hair was melted into the cheese. Probably happened while preparing. Someone with long, dark colored hair was definitely working last night!
