District Manager was there, helping his team provide better service: My experience was good here, the food was delicious the cashier was very attentive to provide a correct order, the cooks and kitchen is very visible giving a sense of openness for properly prepared food, the restroom was used but to be expected, the seating area was clean walls etc appropriately decorated nice to look at and this was a busy hour after 4pm customers waiting, everything was operating as a restaurant should in that order. Parking lot has plenty spaces for parking. I want to give this Galbraith location 5 stars on everything however the seating area and lobby area capacity appears to be overcrowded at a busy time making the seating area and soft drink area easily messy on and at any given time. The FOOD, YES THE FOOD, Lemon PEPPER and the Louisiana rub was great, flavors were there on point and the chicken fully cooked without requesting it. It’s the dipping sauce that is actually horrible at every Wingstop. The Bleu cheese dipping sauce can ruin a great thing, it is very runny kind of milky water with tiny Bleu cheese pieces that do not stick in thickness to your wings and the french fries would be better without that over soaked oily base. Door dash does deliver for this location. Over all I liked my visit here and will return next time my gut needs wings.

The staff was extremely slow, rude and one person just stood around watching other employees work very slowly on my delivery order, and she just ignored me most of the time. More staff who was not on the clock came in the store joking around and singing loudly as if they were intoxicated, and kept getting food from the kitchen. Extremely unprofessional and very dirty as well.

No one in store. AFTER I paid they told me it would be 30 minutes. Only 2 online orders there. One person came in while I was there. 3-4 people working. Joking around. Sandwich seemed microwaved, cold in the middle. Fries were half old and cold, and half uncooked and hard.

Order ahead because it takes about 20 minutes to make I like to add the cheese to my fries because it’s only 50 Cent and it’s good and also the parmesan sprinkle on the fries my own little combination wish it had more hot sauces but other than that everything is all good always been satisfied.

Before this I went to Wingstop a while back and thought the wings weren’t that good, lemon pepper was too sour and the big sauce was the most mid bbq sauce I’ve ever tasted. A few years later I gave it another chance and walked inside of a disaster. Straw wrappers and napkins were everywhere and was so confused on why there were no nearby trash bins but noticed a sign that the workers will take care of it but it was only me, my mom, and my sister so it should’ve been clear already. I ordered Cajun boneless wings with fries and bleu cheese and my sis ordered garlic parm tenders for takeout. We came back home to see that my Cajun wings were bone in along with ranch and soggy fries, and my sister got tenders that were tossed in Cajun sauce and it was too spicy for her. I gave Wingstop 1 chance for higher hopes but it made my respect for it to be far worse, never again in that location.

I had a pickup order yesterday and I placed the order online for pickup that was ready within 21-26 minutes. I arrived there within 26-30 minutes and the cashier with bright red braids was extremely rude and was micro-aggressive. She was overall unpleasant. The cooks looked irritated and one of them was rude when I asked for a side of lemon pepper, he continued on walking as if he didn’t hear me or understood English. He was a young Hispanic guy, but I know for sure he speaks fluent English because he is always joking around and talking with his co-workers when I usually pick up my orders here. Any who, I received my order it was ready however when I opened the bag to look at my food the wings were overcooked and nearly burnt to a solid crisp, the food was cold as ice as if my food was sitting there all day, the soda machine for the HI-C was completely out and the minute maid was watered down, the fries were soggy with oil and no seasoning when I requested extra seasoning in my online order. I tried to address the situation yesterday with the manager onsite, but he was unpleasant himself and appeared to be irritated as if I was inconveniencing him, so I left. I am not satisfied with the service I received, and I did put in a complaint with corporate. I hope they resolve this matter as soon as possible. I am upset because I spent $31.56 for disgusting food. I will not patron this location anymore let alone Wingstop if this is not resolved, and if I’m not followed up with a resolution to this.
