Mom & Pop establishment seems to be suffering for help (no staff but them). Very small, personable and cute dining room. Food was mediocre at best, but the dishes/silverware were very dirty. Tabletops and condiments felt grimy. The lady took our order without writing anything down, so we were continually asking for forgotten items. We both ordered passion fruit juice and water, but she only brought out one glass of each. I have no idea what’s going on there, but we will not be returning.

1.50 Service Fee on all orders. I haven’t eaten there since the 1.50 service fee was initiated. Great food, very fast, but the suggestion of a necessary tip, plus a Service Fee on carryout orders is to much not a wallet grab.

My job orders from this restaurant all of the time. For some reason today, the food was horrible!! The chicken was full of gristle and breading was soggy. Rice was hard and stale as if it had been sitting for days. Wonton soup tasted like warm bathwater with no flavor. This is no exaggeration. To add insult to injury, when we contacted the manager of the restaurant he informed us that there was nothing he could do. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone due to poor service and horrible food. In the past, we have spent thousands of dollars with this restaurant. This is unfortunate as they are one of the only restaurants that delivers to the hospital here in Gainesville. Eaters beware…

The food is always good BUT you leave out the peanut sauce for my lettuce wraps EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. It’s like a salad with no salad dressing. In fact, my fiancé ordered extra peanut sauce tonight just in case and guess what… still no peanut sauce ! . One time, you even forgot the lettuce! Seriously, why???

Absolutely love this place as always. My dad and I (and now my whole family) have been coming here for years to dine in and order delivery. The owner used to always recognize us and would have our order ready quickly. Now when we order takeout they question if we have any different items we’d like to add to our usual haha. And This past time we ordered take out (tonight actually) they even added one of our usual items we didn’t order, for free. These are amazing people with amazing service and SUCH good food. The food & customer service never disappoints. I always recommend.

Left things off my order. VERY low quality food. Barely edible meats. Freezer section breaded wings drenched and soggy. Called to let owner/manager(?) know. Wasn’t looking for refund or more food. Strong language barrier, which is fine. However, put me on hold twice while on the phone with him and had me track down my ticket. Didn’t seem to understand the problem. $52 wasted and all the food in the trash can. Honestly, mall food court Chinese is better. Not sure how they’re still in business. Must be the only option around or local regulars don’t know any better options

The ONLY place to get honest delicious boneless spare ribs. I have never had a bad experience. I order it no lettuce, extra sauce, and it is the most amazing ribs I’ve had at ANY Chinese restaurant literally EVER. Their other food is cooked with love and you can taste it in every bite. Honestly don’t wanna order from other places now but that’s just me. Not a sponsor, just a lover.

Great portions and prices, especially for the lunch special. This is an excellent family run establishment, much better than the chain Chinese restaurants. Mu Shu and Beef Lo Mein are excellent, with large pancakes. There’s a bar as well if you just want a low key drink while watching the game. Gas station across the street has good prices, so give your car a meal after you fill up yourself.
