The pie is absolutely delicious, the meals are great. You get what you pay for here, unlike a lot of places that overcharge. The environment is family friendly, the service great and the owners are right there working with the staff- which is pretty admirable. The soup and salad bar could be better but the soup is homemade which is why I give this 5 stars.

Seat yourself, we went around noon, busy place. Comfortable, order was taken, we ordered coffee, asked for cream n sugar waitress forgot, also forgot silverware, came back once to refill coffee. The hamburger was overdone. Bun fresh, had to ask for ketchup and mustard. Forgot to put Mayo on one sandwich. Was not given a bill, we approached the register and no one acknowledged us. Hopefully they will improve, will not go back for a long time.

We really enjoy this restaurant. Their salmon is so delicious and the seasonings are perfect. I love trying the craft beers. If you like IPA’S, try the Odell IPA. You will not find a selection like this in Huron. If want a beer and an appetizer, try any of them. I recommend the cheese curds or the shrimp, which could be a meal in itself. The waitresses, bar tenders, and cooks really take pride in serving you. I heartily recommend the Tailgate.

Really good food, salad bar is the only thing keeping it from a five star. Iceberg lettuce is the only option, would love to see them support the local vegetable growers and offer some farm to table options.
