By far the best burrito ever! Tastes like the ones we got from a cute little Mexican woman (Momma) in San Francisco 40 years ago. And, Carlisle Pike store, Trindle Road’s diet cola has a better flavor than yours! Better crank up the syrup a bit. Forgot to say, workers are so friendly, they have a great work ethic, and the place is so clean.

OMG i had the Cowboy Crunch Burrito and it is indeed life changing! It gave me the will and power to do things i thought i never could, as soon as i bit into this delicious crunchy burrito i immediately started doing back flips! Then after i saved a elderly woman’s cat from a tree and pulled a kid from a burning building at the same time! Then to end the day i built my mom a brand new Lamborghini from scratch with just a rock and a paper clip! I will be back tomorrow for another Cowboy Crunch to recharge on my new super powers! And shoutout my friend Deanna for telling me about this place! 10/10!!!

Always get good food at Neato. Fresh ingredients, good service, craft soda – it’s a winner. Also, no straws BUT they have these super cool and very sturdy sippy-lids. Cuts down on straw waste, but gives you an alternative. I’ve been to a couple of different locations, and I will go back for more!

I’ve been patronizing various Neato Burrito locations for over 20 years, with equally great service across the board. I get the same weird, personal concoction every time. Once (only once!) in all that time did I change my order and not get jalapeño feta salsa. Yesterday, my husband went to pick up our order and the staff was very concerned, because I had used the “recent” option to add my meal to the cart on my phone, and didn’t look closely. So I messed up my own order. They noticed, and told him I always got jalapeño feta, except that one time I didn’t, and that time I had a detailed note about it, and did he know if there was a mistake? When he said he was sure I wanted it (I did!) they gave him a side container for me. I am so appreciative of a team that knows their customers so well, and cares so much, and my dinner was, as always, fantastic.
