This location gave me food poisoning, the reasons are obvious. The ice caps taste like the machine has not been cleaned or the milk was spoiled, made my whole mouth numb. Doughnut looks like it was sitting out for days then reheated. After being sick for the past week I know I’m never going to go back to this Tim Hortons location. Please never eat here.

I want to give Jasmine kudos for the awesome customer service that she gave me one morning. Jazzman apparently overheard or was told about my conversation I was having w/the cashier about my coffee not being hot enough. I told the cashier it’s fine. Moments later, Jasmine comes to the window and asked several times if my coffee was ok and said that she can change out my coffee with such a sincere facial expression. I really appreciate Jasmine’s effort in making sure my pit stop was satisfying. Thanks to Jasmine and all that workers at this location on 14 Mile Rd next to the CVS. I really get friendly service from everyone. Thank you for making not only my mornings but, my day. I greatly appreciate you all. ❤️

Horrific experience there! The signs above with prices above are WRONG! I asked a young worker why the sign says wrong prices she snottily replied ASK THE PERSON WHO MADE THE SIGN! How rude, her Mgr was no better just said sorry but didn’t sound sincere! I will never go back there and don’t recommend it!

I went to Tim Hortons and was given two almost white coffees. When I asked the person at the window to fix it by simply adding more coffee, I was told “oh well, it’s cream”. Now I have two undrinkable coffees. Lovely customer service.

Went through the drive thru for a Strawberry Lemonade Frozen for my daughter, once we pulled off she tasted it and realized it had a creamy taste. She’s allergic to dairy! We returned immediately through the drive thru and ordered another drink and stated that I wanted NO cream/ yogurt or whatever the extra content was. So of course I pay for the second drink and low and behold it has cream also.

After waiting way too long in the drive through this is what I ended up with. I asked for an ice cap supreme and was handed a a plain ice cap that wasn’t even full. I asked them for the Supreme I had ordered so they took it back added about a teaspoon full of whipped cream and even less chocolate drizzle, at this point I was late for work after leaving my house 1/2 an hour early just to make sure I’d be ontime or even a little early. Huge disappointment.
