A local chain Mexican restaurant in the middle of a very small town. The service was great. The food – the Jalisco Special was a huge hit. The side chile relleno was over battered but still good. The onion enchiladas dish was good but I wasn’t a fan of the red sauce. The side taco was a complete miss – no cumin in the ground beef which threw the taste of the dish off.

This location was in Napavine WA, which I hadn’t been to in years and I decided to stop by while out and about on a little scenic road trip down memory lane checking out my old childhood towns of Toledo, Vader, and Ryderwood to see how much they’ve changed. Then headed north to Napavine. This Plaza Jalisco locations food is just as good as the Kelso location, but the atmosphere is more quant and romantic with the way the serving booths are situated, they give a little more isolated privacy with those that your with! There enchiladas, beans, and chips and salsa were excellent!

Great food great drink. I love ❤️ the salsa did I say the food was great! This time we had the variety platter that is billed an appetizer. It filled both of us up and we didn’t even bother with a dinner.

This Plaza Jalisco was much better than the one in Chehalis on State Street. Host and servers were very pleasant. And despite the shared name, the taco salad here was far better than the State Street location.

I love this restaurant! The food is amazing, and the people are incredible. Unfortunately the music is very loud. It’s hard to have a conversation over the music. But having been to Mexico this could be a cultural choice.
