Per my phone conversation with Josh, at 9:09 pm for delivery service. Explain problems all day tried to order 5 different times with online order. Decided to call in order, explained the to Josh really not interested. Order there several years… I was extremely frustrated order decline which I know not true… I stated really unset with Papa Johns. An Josh statement we don’t want your business. I have been hospitality all my life. Unbelievable treatment of customer. Always friendly delivery drivers, I will never order again.

Ordered the stuff crust and it is so good. It’s not too greasy like other pizzas and the ingredients are fresh. Love the parmesan bread sticks with garlic butter, as well as their cheese sticks.. pizzas are also made fast!!

Order the pizza, told it would be an hour and a half, Pizza showed up 10 minutes late and was cold . I don’t mind waiting a little bit longer if you can assure me my pizza will be hot and edible when I get it. Why pay your ridiculous prices if you can’t serve your food correctly? Just another trashy restaurant in Martinsville now.

This was our first visit in over a year and I regret it greatly. So poorly made that it wasn’t edible and had to be thrown out. It was a veggie pizza and 90% of the toppings were just plopped in the middle and it was so soggy it couldn’t be picked up. Tried baking it some more to dry it out, but it didn’t work. Happily going back to a Papa John free life and will encourage others to do the same.

Awesome! Our favorite pizza place in town! We’ve always had great experiences from them. Pizza is always hot and the delivery person is always so kind!! I talked to the manager tonight and he was super kind and very helpful. Number 1 pizza place in Martinsville for sure!
