I called this restaurant to inquire about what comes in their curry chicken. Simple request, required a simple response. I was told, “green onions, red peppers, green peppers.” I specifically confirmed with the lady on the phone, “no mushrooms or carrots or anything else?” She said nope.

Deborah is a fantastic server ! We stopped here from out of town and she was great. My Ma Pa tofu was exactly as I asked for it the BBQ pork appetizer was done nicely and the portions are large. The food over all was acceptable the other server josie was not so good attitude wise but Deborah more than made up for her.

We got take-out. Lots of variety on the menu! The food was good, portions are HUGE!! I got Pad Thai and it was very good, hard to mess up Pad Thai. Good, not great. Not sure if we will be back. Stale fortune cookies, threw them all away, haha!

I ordered my disabled mother a lunch & asked it to be cooked extra tender. The Mar Far chicken was old & overcooked to the point that the chicken was like a stick inside the crust could not even be bitten. She tried to eat some of it & ended up sick for the rest of the day. I called the restaurant the next day & told my story & went to therestaurant & showed them. The staff said this is how their Mar far chicken always is. They would not replace & staff has been rude in the past, even going so far as to hang up on me, not much better this time. We will not order from here again.

This place has been a staple in my fast food go to’s in Eugene. I’ve been going there since I was a child. The food is still just as good as I remember. I don’t know if it was just an off day, but it felt like I couldn’t get any staff to help me when I was there. The one lady that did help us kept making the comment about wanting to go home and she kept hanging out in the bar area.

The lady I ordered food from was super rude on the phone and was also super rude when I showed up, (to me and others). She was snappy at me when I mentioned my soup was missing and told me I couldn’t have the soup I ordered and paid for unless I paid another dollar for the container??? You think that’d be something they would’ve mentioned while I was ordering on the phone. Additionally, there was no filling in my wontons?? Like none at all. Just crispy pieces. Food was not great either. Sad I wasted $34 plus on disappointing takeout.

Had dinner at Farman last night. Food was very good, but only 4 stars because 1) soup not hot at all and 2) the condiment containers (salt, pepper, & Sesame Seed) were so dirty and sticky I had to use a napkin to use them. Not cool.

First afternoon trying the food. It was good mar far chicken, I Love the tea mostly on cold days, My husband didn’t like how thick the egg flower soup was. Our waitress was nice an gave our son a teddy he loves teddy bears so thoughtful ☺ ps my cookie had no fortune inside lol
