LOVE La Fiesta – the food & the employees are all the best! I eat here about twice a week and have for 15+ years! My “go to” is a shredded chicken quesadilla with cheese on top, and most recently, the Arroz con Pollo (chicken, rice, cheese)! Fine eating, no matter what you have! I’m sorry it was about the food. It was bland. And I’ve never had bland Mexican food before in my life until this place. I had the Fajitas. They were served sizzling and looked good. But the flavor was without seasoning.

It was a little cramped with the tables close together, the salsa was like water. They brought 3 bowls out for 6 people. Service was really slow. The food made up for everything.

I love Mexican food and I speak Spanish and English. I ordered the house taco’s and I was very upset. Where is the love, the meat was from taco Bell. I know the coast of meat is high but improvise. I will be back to try some of the key food’s that put Mexican food on the map.

I wasn’t feeling for barbecue, so when I saw this place when I was passing through West Point, I got an instant craving for Mexican. Who would expect it on US-45 in a third tier MS city? Good, quick, just what I needed for pit stop and get back on the road. Got the tamal and enchilada platter, no rice extra beans. Next time through town I want to check out the Howlin’ Wolf Museum.
