Not to nit pick, but the place was dirty. Our two meals with pop came to $38.00. We didn’t even get ice cream because I was in sticker shock. Ridiculous prices, and when I questioned the girl working she just shrugged her shoulders. We could have went to the Sawmill for this price point. Never again I’m afraid.

Ordered online a half hour ago. My husband got to the store 15 minutes ago and the store is closed! But Dairy Queen took my money!! There were people sitting in cars in the lot and multiple people going through the drive-through because they are supposed to be open until 9 or 10! What is going on in this town? yesterday Subway closed early! And where the heck is my money?? I expect a refund immediately! This is absolutely not okay!!!

When I first arrived at Dairy Queen there was a small line but that’s not to bad. I can tell that the new construction is really coming along and can’t wait to walk inside someday to check out the new area. As I reviewed all the items on the outside board it became apparent that they do not have any healthy alternative apart from their smoothies, ice cream, and food options. I know, I know, why would you want Dairy Queen if your looking for something healthy? Lol Anyway, I ordered a Take 5 Reeces Blizzard for my coworker. The person taking my order, Corbin, was very helpful and very professional. I was very happy with my experience and look forward to coming back. Hoping for a salad of some kind maybe in the future from Dairy Queen because I love to give repeat business to those who constantly give great service. Why does DQ advertise the full meal deal on TV and ads as $7, yet this DQ charges $8? When asked do I want fries, onion rings or cheese curds with my “meal deal”-why wasn’t I informed the cheese curds were an $3.49 up charge along with an additional $.49 for the dipping sauce??? Slow and they almost always mess up my orders and don’t do anything to correct it. They messed up 4 things tonight and I wanted to cry. I’m 22 weeks pregnant and I was craving the bbq tenders, and the Oreo dirt cake blizzard and the Oreo dirt cake was pale, ( I mentioned it was correct and they refused to fix it) the tenders had no sauce on them, the scanner wasn’t working for my coupon, they didn’t give me the gravy even though I asked for it. I came in about 20 minutes before close and I understand how annoying that can be, but please don’t be lazy and mess up my food and do nothing about it because you just wanna get out. I know working food is exhausting but I expect a better work ethic then that. Also ice cream was basically melted and my boyfriends had heath pieces in it when it was the Royal cheesecake blizzard which is odd and kinda gross that ended up in there some how
