My dining experience was a mixed bag today. Our server was slow to greet us after sitting for several minutes, and had one headphone in the whole time. The food was tasty, but we found a hair on two plates that were definitely not ours. The women working the store side and handling payments was very funny and very engaging. My brother and I had the Biscuit Benny, these were the two plates with hair on them. My mother had the Mama’s breakfast and had no complaints, but was a little bummed they removed the Sunrise Sampler from the menu. Overall, I would recommend stopping in and enjoying the classic Cracker Barrel experience. They’re just a few hygiene and service changes that would make it so much better.

We were so happy to stop here after driving that long, lonely stretch of Interstate 16 from Savannah to Macon, GA. The reception and our server were very good. Our food was tasty,fresh and served at just the right temperature. We tried some things off the new menu. My wife ordered the pancake toco and I stuck with the meatloaf and three sides.

We were seated in less than 10 minutes. The restaurant was pretty busy, yet they had enough staff employees to get us served quickly and the food was terrific! We were kind of in a rush to get in, enjoy our breakfast then continue on with our travel plans, and being able to not encourter delays was welcomed.

The low score maybe because they were busy, it didn’t take long to get seated but waited nearly 45 minutes to get our food and then it wasn’t hot, I think it had been sitting a while waiting to be picked up and we hardly ever saw our waitress.

Ok, I tend not to write reviews. But this time, I feel inspired. The waitress we have(yes have, because I’m sitting here still waiting for food) is nice. But extremely forgetful. We are a longer party. But I don’t appreciate smaller parties that got sat after had their orders taken and served before us. Just like them, we are here to eat and leave.

The Dublin Ga. CB is a popular place. North/Southbound use it on their trip to Athens and beyond.The East /West from Savannah to Macon. But the management of that location has digressed. We were presented with menus that were unreadable. The waitress was extremely good. The food was good. The building needs a general cleaning.

They tell you 25 minutes on a phone order and it takes twice as long. Then when I get home food is a little cold. Also, they gave us apples on one order, and we ordered okra. If it was hot when they bring it out, then it should not be cold. People who eat in get their food faster. To go customers are also paying customers. I was craving a steak, and they did not disappoint. Being short-staffed makes providing quality service difficult, especially during peak periods. Finding a way to make stress levels transparent to the customer will improve the score and the customer experience. The table service was fantastic, the food came out fresh hot and fast.
