The food was very good, the servers were friendly, however the overall experience lacked due to poor communication between the kitchen and the front staff. Waited over 15 mins for rattlesnake bites (jalapeño poppers) and my beer. When I politely brought it to the managers attention she personally got my draft beer, (which she didn’t charge me for), and said she would take care of the appetizers. I’m assuming that meant make sure I didn’t have to pay for them because they never showed up and they weren’t in my bill.

Always a great time at this location! We were spoken to and seated within a minute of arrival. Our server was attentive and friendly within an hour of closing. We had a birthday in our party and all of the servers were energetic and jovial! The food and drinks came out in a reasonable time, was presented well and the taste & temperature was on point! This is always a place we will go to for an enjoyable meal with an atmosphere to match!

Ordered a New York Strip to be cooked at medium well. Medium well is slight pink. Upon cutting into it, blood started coming out. I can’t eat it, due to being 25 weeks pregnant. Pregnant people can’t eat undercooked meat, especially raw. So I reluctantly put it into the microwave. Well then I cut into it more, 2/3 of this New York Strip steak is chunks of fat. This steak is supposed to be the leanest one they have. Texas Roadhouse failed this order more than once and I wouldn’t recommend going there. Their customer service while picking up was rude, but I honestly wouldn’t care if the food was actually done correctly.

Oh my goodness! Smiling faces from all the staff. The waitress and waiters never left us alone. Lots of bread and a treat of ribs to boot. All wrapped up with an amazing meal we couldn’t finish and took home the rest! I cannot wait to go back! Yummy!

I really enjoy coming to this restaurant. The staff is always super nice and attentive. This time, I got the Jamaican Cowboy Frozen Drink(about $9) and the Frozen Mango Margarita(about $9) ,6oz hand cut sirloin with corn and a loaded baked potato ($12.99). The drinks were delicious and gave me a good buzz. The food was cooked perfectly and very tasty. The rolls are also delicious! The restrooms are also super clean here. I will be back.

This is a family favorite, there are 5 of us, and it can be hard to find places that are unanimously enjoyed. The service, the food. . It is honestly great. Even when they jave new people, it seems they are helpful to them and make sure we always have a nice experience. Fantastic place and, for us at least, always a solid choice for dinner out and a good steak.
