Call the Food Inspector! I’m a fan of Chipotle, but this is the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Filthy, bad employees, there was nothing going right for the store. Every table needed to be wiped.off, floor not swept in hours. Trash overflowing, drink station a disaster with no ice, several beverages out. Employees standing around. I offered to.wipe.off tables so we could dine in.

Spent $19.70 through the Chipotle app for a carnitas burrito delivered to work around the corner. What came was so small I took a picture, and after my first bite and only able to taste white rice I opened it to only see subtle hints of carnitas and no vegetables or salsa as ordered. I’m eating it because I’m starving and this is better than nothing, but $20 for a tortilla with some rice is ridiculous. I’ve noticed online orders are usually lighter than in person but this takes it to a new level.

Ordered 2 burrito bowls for pickup. they forgot the fajita on both of them. also no extra lettuce as I requested, and the side of chips were old and stale and overly salted. They also definitely skimp on portions for pickup orders, I’d recommend having them made fresh if you have the time to wait.

Usually we go to this restaurant on Sat.late afternoons, and the service is great. Tonight we went on Sun. around 8 pm and service was AWFUL. Slow, and they were out of things like lettuce and brown rice. Young woman preparing my order did not really seem to care if I got my food or not. Was more interested in telling a co worker how to “prep for an early close”. Not sure what that means, but I was there at 8, and was told they didn’t close until 10 pm. I stood there with my order half filled, trying to ask for sides, and it was like I was invisible. My son’s food was already at the checkout, waiting for me to pay. This girl literally treated me like I was INVISIBLE. Please hire staff that actually look at and listen to your customers. She clearly would have been happier if I had not ordered food there. Please hire staff with basic social skills. I was not the only person being treated like this. Guy ahead of me was not happy either.

Store wasn’t open at 1045 as stated. I was lucky that I submitted a mobile order so I got my food a bit delayed. Other customers were turned away until 1120. No reason stated, no signage… just pissed customers looking to get their lunch.
