Honestly, I used to work for noodles and company…. And I’m not too sure what they changed about their Mac n cheese but it was salty and bland not like it used to be. My husband got the buffalo mac n cheese and it was not good either. The food was only warm not hot and we ate at the location. The location off of South Wadsworth was for sure better!

The food is good. Service with a smile. But it has turned into a delivery and Togo service establishment. It is in the “fast casual” segment. But the last 2 times, I waited nearly 30 min for my friggin pasta bowl. They have way too many Uber eats, or whatever, to service.

Front service workers are usually nice but 9/10 my order is missing something I paid EXTRA for. The front service workers and the cooks do not communicate well enough either. I always have to check my food and I said something about the missing item today and they said no it should already be in the food, but it sure doesn’t look like it. 3rd time in a row my order has been messed up here.

I was in Lakewood for business so for lunch I needed something quick and convenient. (Take out)I order noodles with pesto sauce and tomatoes, chicken. The noodles were elbows which were under and over cooked. Tomatoes weren’t fresh and the chicken was a little crunchy. For the price with drink around $15. I didn’t go back.

They ask for a tip just for taking my order. Not going back. If I wanted to tip I would go to Old Chicago or somewhere where I actually got waited on. I am really tired of every person I interact with expecting a tip and will no longer be spending money at places like this.

The food I’ve had here has always been good! Tonight I had some issues with the online ordering system and it accidentally put two of the same orders in. The staff figured it was an accident and were understanding and refunded an order which they didn’t have to do but was really appreciated! Will always come back here!!

My husband and I went in to grab a early dinner after the shooting range and they completely left out my Parnassian chicken from the Penne Rosa with parmesan chicken I told them they left it out she said we’ll you didn’t order it with so I had to grab my receipt and show her they did grill up one fast but it was dried and super crunchy hard ,they used all sorts of different noodles other the penne noodle needless to say it was sauce less and had really no spinach or tomatoes.Needless to say we will never go back to this location!
