Silly me I didn’t really think this was going to be a raw pizza that we bake. I would definitely not do this again because I can buy all the ingredients for cheaper. I will say the flavor was very good and there was certainly plenty for our family of 5 to eat having ordered 2 pizzas.

I have been ordering pizza from this place for a long time. No major problems, wrong crust wrong ingredients occasionally, whatever. It’s good and affordable and they usually have good service. Tonight we called close to closing time to ask if they would please take our order because we were only 2 blocks away, and apologized for being late. She rudely refused, and they locked their doors as we pulled in at 8:59, 30 seconds after we hung up the phone, as if they hurried so they would not have to serve us. I worked in fast food for years and I know how irritating it is when someone walks in at closing time. But you wait on them with a smile because that is your job and that is good business. Shame on you Papa Murphy’s from one business owner to another. You’ve lost our business.

Bad customer service and unprofessional. They were not willing to correct their own mistakes to accommodate a food allergy. Ask for manager to explain the “policy”. Owner calls me back, but to put the blame back on me for ordering online. Why did you call me then? I just wanted what I ordered and nothing else. Never again Papa Murphy’s.
