No stars – last two orders (for our usual) have been awful. Thought first bad order was a fluke so ordered today. (was supposed to be free because of previous disaster) Was not free but paid anyway – order was over 50 minutes when we are less than 15 minutes (3.5 mi.) away. Pizza toppings were all dried out, no cheese instead of extra, and barely warm.

I don’t know what they delivered to us but it certainly wasn’t pizza. Undercooked, underseasoned, almost no “cheese”, and the vegetables tasted like they had been in the refrigerator for a couple weeks. Thank goodness someone else paid for it because I would’ve demanded a refund. I was only able to eat a few bites and it was one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever eaten.

Papa John’s is AWESOME! They don’t deliver out to my part of NW Cape, so we asked if they could deliver to the closest gas station near us, but within their range and they didn’t disappoint! We appreciated them SO much! We did not want to drive that far at that time and we were hungry and they made it happen for us. We greatly appreciated them! Order from Papa Johns!!!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences from this location. Delivery is always super quick, drivers are always very polite and my order is always right. Ordered today and with the way things are going on in the world, I know how short staffed businesses have become, due to the fact that it’s just impossible to keep a full staff, for all businesses. So my pizza was a little late today, but the owner included some coupons due to the delayed arrival, which was very kind. The delivery person was also very kind.

Ordered my pizza for take-out at 9:30 and they decided not to make my pizza because they wanted to be finished with the day. They close at 11. I got a text saying my pizza was ready for pickup, but after driving there, “Lexi” said they weren’t making my pizza. If I payed online they would have had to make it. This place is a joke. She said they were getting too many orders so they decided not to make anymore. I love driving all over town just to return home without my order. Just order dominos instead and save yourself the hassle.
