As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Ordered online at 12am. Let me put the order through- arrived 20 mins later when it said the food would be done. I had a 40$ order, and was waiting for 5-10mins for someone to open the window. When they opened the window- they told me they were closed and could not give me a refund. It says they close at 1am. This happens repeatedly at this establishment and they are constantly making my food wrong, horrible service overall.

I was asked to pull forward after ordering from the drive thru because my chicken strips were going to be another 3 mins…..FIFTEEN minutes later, I had to go up to the window to see where my order was. The guy inside Rallys asked, “OH, are you looking for your chicken strips? I didn’t know where you went!”…..the parking lot is like 400 square feet?! Terrible customer service in my opinion.
