Around 7am this morning we decided to go through the drive thru before work. I grabbed a egg and cheese biscuit with no bacon. I pulled up to check it before leaving and there was bacon on the biscuit. Pulled back through and I explained to the cashier what I ordered and what I actually got. I also explained that due to my beliefs I cannot eat bacon and plus I no longer eat meat. I asked her nicely if she could she please have them make a new sandwich. Well, I was given another sandwich (pretty quick),so I thought. I checked it and the biscuit and egg smelled like pork. This is very disrespectful to just remove the bacon thinking that I wouldn’t check. The biscuit was split where they took the bacon off and added another slice of cheese. What if it wasn’t due to my beliefs and I had a food allergy? That would of been a law suit! Beware to those with allergies. I will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely ridiculous that you have to pull back around if you don’t tell them 3 feet before that you have coupon. Why give the coupons out? It sucks I have to give you a 1 star, if I could I’d give you a 0 star because you guys have great products but man that’s so petty having to tell you at the speaker. Still going to come back til my 3 sheets of coupons are gone though

Was one of 2 cars in the drive thru. . Had one item instead of them having a car pull up that was waiting we sat there for 10 minutes to watch them hand out a iced coffee and one other item out the window. Been a customer for years , the last three times has been an issue . Getting and icee cap the is 3/4 the way full,( happens more then it should ) ordered a donut and got a muffin. I try not to be difficult or disrespectful. I just take what I get and don’t complain. But today was ridiculous,

Ever since the American business bought Tim Hortons. The service and ppl is bad. Some employees are good. The rest needs to be trained better.

the food itself is dope but the coffee is always made… differently. there’s no consistency, sometimes there’s whipped cream, sometimes there’s not, one time the latte was just straight coffee… one time a large was like the size of a truck… playing the lottery, no consistency wahahaha

The staff was very slammed with customers in the lobby and drive-through, despite being extremely busy every one of them was very pleasant and upbeat willing to go above and beyond for each customer. In today’s world, it is hard to find great customer service, but not at Tim Hortons in Marion. I will be back!

They always seem to have things in stock and service is quick. Unlike their competitors Duncan donuts who are out of everything all the time and move at a glacial pace . Tim Hortons will have my business from now on

Had a breakfast sandwich there for the first time (the B.E.L.T) with a little mayo on a croissant and it was very good. Prices not too bad either.

I ordered a bagel egg sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich. It was all bagel and what little sausage was on it tasted a little undercooked and made in a microwave. However the bagel itself and egg was yummy! Usually I’m very pleased with the food there as I eat there often, however not a fan of the bagel breakfast sandwiches. The Oreo Frappe is EVERYTHING! I also really enjoy their lunch sandwiches! The #1 and honey dip donut are my favorites!
