I ordered a tea matcha, there were two girls, they were smiling, after I paid, I didn’t leave a tip, so they changed their service attitude. Had to call store manager but they said there wasn’t one in service, when got ahold of one then manager said it wasn’t true we told him they were being racist.

This is one of the nicest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I personally do not drink coffee and every time I go to buy my wife a coffee I just tell the barista to make their favorite coffee exactly how they like it. Usually I get weird looks and a very generic coffee. This time the two girls that worked there were extremely understanding and helpful. And my wife loved the drink! I would highly recommend 🙂

A little disappointed. I went in yesterday for juice and decided to get a coffee. I got my 2 containers of juice and then waited in line for about 10 minutes while the barista (who was by herself) helped the 2 customers before me. When I got to the counter she abrasively told me that she didn’t have time to ring up my 2 items on top of the coffee because there were 2 people behind me. I would understand if I had 10 items – but what if I had wanted to buy Starbucks items? In the amount of time it took her to tell me that she couldn’t ring them up she could have been done ringing them. I think what frustrated me was how it was delivered. I understand you’re busy, and I respect that – but can we be kind when we say it? I went and waited another 10 minutes to ring up my own purchases.
