Man I swear it’s hit or miss with this place came tonight ordered for my family of 3 we got a 8 piece family chicken ( they almost always have some excuse as to why they are out of something chicken bucket related either no crispy to white meat etc etc) they said it would be a 20 minute wait and I was okay with that. The food we received almost 40 minutes later was very clearly sitting on the counter the entire time we waited for our chicken. Everything else nuggets, fry’s, and cheese curds were less then room temp and soggy. My chili cheese fries had no chili and we did not receive our sauces or cake. Absolutely livid makes me not want to come back. I’m hoping KFC will see this and issue me a refund for my meal this evening.

Plus size girl with curly hair and glasses at front register is always so friendly and warm welcoming when I come in to get dinner to go for my family. However the food has gone downhill as prices go up. Other staff can be so rude and disrespectful.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal with coleslaw and the fella tells me to pick two more sides, then says that there is a special which gives a free cake and do I want chocolate or lemon?! Apparently he heard 12 piece meal and we wasted time having me pick other sides and tell him the rest of my order just to redo it all. Only, when we redid it at the squawk box he forgot about the cheese curds and gave me a total of around $29 for a regular cookie dough polar freeze and the 4 piece meal. I asked at the window about the price and items that were listed when I pulled up – he had to fix my order all over again. Then, he asks me to pull forward and wait while he helps the only other car that is behind me and arrived when I did, so I say okay. But, there is already a vehicle there and I can only roll forward about 2 feet, which I did. The car behind me honked at me and, after I hung my head out the window to tell them that there was someone in front of me, the employee who brought out the food for the other waiting car and stopped to ask me if I had honked. I said no and that I was honked at. The employee was pleasant when bringing me my food a couple minutes later, cheerfully stating “cheese curds.” I thanked him and left with my food.

David was awesome. I couldn’t remember the name of what I wanted and he knew right away, it was awesome. Customer service was really nice, told me to take my time and ask any questions. I wish this was the one by my house because I left very happy.

I am from another ares (Des Moines) this place is clean, the food was good, a manager was doing paperwork, when he noticed I wasn’t attended to immediately, he got up from doing paperwork and took my order, food was ready. I dont order from KFC in my area, this store is exceptional!!!! It’s nice to see fast food with great service. Havnt seen this since 1985!

I came just after 8 PM. I ordered a 3 piece meal white meat. Comes with Mash and Coleslaw. I asked for another small corn. My drink was a coke. When I get home, I only have 2 pieces of chicken but I have an extra large size coleslaw. I just want to say, coleslaw isn’t a replacement for chicken. People should check their orders.
