This was my go-to Mexican restaurant in the neighborhood. I liked a lot before and visited it monthly, or more, during the past three years. Like before, I placed a mobile order on the past Sunday. It was not until I got home that I found a left-over plate as shown in the picture. I got back to the restaurant and confronted the staff who placed my order. The staff questioned whether I had tampered the food. :(( (To his credit, he did replace the food for me.) All in all, it was a disappointing experience. It is such a pity how this place has degenerated over time!

I am unsure where all of these bad reviews are coming from. I’ve now been there 4 times and each time has been met with wonderful service and amazing food. They will hook you up with portions that are oversized and had me through there very quick. This place deserves a little more credit for being one of the better run chipotle franchises that I’ve seen. Well done everyone!

This is an excellent Chipotle. You don’t pay these people enough to have to deal with people in this town. The lady in line in front of us was literally screaming at the high-schooler serving her because he wasn’t allowed to give her free food. And she acted as if he was personally slighting her because she felt she deserved double chicken for free. The extra standards expected of food service workers by customers are ridiculous. Make safe yummy food, be competent and polite. That’s it. Obviously this lady and so many others have never worked a service job in their lives. It’s dehumanizing the way people treat them. It’s less than $3 for extra chicken. You live in Newton. Don’t act like a child because the server can’t give you free stuff. You can’t run a business if you give everyone free stuff because they’re bullying your staff. Wonder why they have high turnover? Maybe it’s because y’all verbally abuse them? Hmm.

They have an insane staffing issue at this location. Why could that be? Why can’t this location keep its employees? I have gone multiple times where I have to download the app to order, no going down the line to make my order – I was told it was because they didn’t have enough staff. Then, it is closed on random days with no explanation. Why is this? Not to mention they are notoriously skimpy with portions. It is so much worse than other locations. Care to explain? Won’t be returning, and I love chipotle. Such a shame because it is closest location to my house. I drive 15 min extra to the one in Brighton.

I really like Chipotle, but this location is terrible. I keep getting bamboozled into trying it again and it never fails to disappoint. They mess up online orders at an impressive rate of 100%. Today they’re just completely out of lettuce. It’s always something and that something is never good.

Both Fajita Vegetables and side beans were missing in one order. I drove back to store with the wrong order so they can see for themselves. First, the person who made the order wrong tried to conveniently give the Fajita Vegetables as a side instead of remaking it correctly with the Fajita Vegetables inside the Quesadilla. He them dumped the wrong order only to tell me that roasted corn side is out of stock when he could have just dumped the Quesadilla and kept the sides when he knew it was out of stock. The remake order was not bagged properly and the sauces were all over the bag leaking when I came home for the second time. He never apologized for the mistake and making me drive all the way back to the store. One of the other staff members also tried to tell me that the roasted corn had been out of stock for the last two hours when my previous order collected in less than an hour ago already had it which now makes them even lying to customers.
