Mod Pizza is usually a pretty good place, but today they were not so great. First, the trashcans where overflowing and there was 6 staff members! Second there was trash everywhere. And finally, all of the tables where filthy. The food, as usual, is very good, but took over 30 minutes to make and the line was extremely long behind us. I’ll give the food 4 stars. I would recommend if they can get their staffing fixed.

Really good Pizza and the price is fantastic !!!! You can build your own pizza and no matter how many toppings, the price is the same. Only complaint and it’s just more like a would like to see, is maybe a larger pizza. 10″ isn’t really hardly big enough for 2 people, so they could up their size a little.

MOD is one of my favorite restaurants, so I was super excited when it came to Great Falls. This was my first time visiting since it opened, and it is definitely still working through kinks though. From when I stepped in to when I got my pizza it took 32 minutes. On the line, many employees seemed flustered, and didn’t have the normal MOD employee presence or pizza-topping skills. However, I understand the volume of business they’ve been doing has been very high, so it is understandable people are still learning and adjusting. One disappointment though, I got dairy free cheese (I’m lactose intolerant), and watched the oven guy cut my pizza with the same cutter as for regular cheese. Not a huge deal in my case, but for someone with a serious allergy, this could be a problem. The dining room was a little dirty, with many tables not wiped down. Again, I went at 1pm on a Saturday, so I know it was very busy. Overall, will definitely be back because I love MOD. I hope they get things running smoother soon though!

I recently ordered their GF pizza & breadsticks online. Looking back, the breadsticks were sus since GF dough usually doesn’t have much of a rise, but didn’t think much of it at the time as there was no note & our receipt also said we had GF breadsticks.
