Placed order and asked to pull around and they would bring out my order, Rangoon had about 2 minutes to cook. I pulled around, another guy had to pull around as well. Waited 8-10 minutes and no food. I went in and asked. They said they were gathering up the other person’s order and we’re going to bring both out. Meantime my order was sitting there. I asked the manager and 2 other employees who were just standing there, if that was what they thought was customer service. No response. There was no one in line so I know they were not working. Got my order and left. I know Panda has better service than this, well at other locations.

I ordered a bowl with white rice and orange chicken and a plate with fried rice orange chicken and Beijing beef. Paid my almost 20.00 drove my 45 minutes home to find out that the food I was given was not my order. What I got was a bowl of fried rice and a bag of cream cheese ragoons. Needless to say my kid got the bowl and ragoons and I just went to bed hungry. I tried calling the store but got no answer. I will not stop there again.

Panda Express is always consistent no matter what city I visit in. It’s a quick alternative to a Buffett or hibachi when you are feeling like Chinese but seems to sit heavy afterward. I LOVE the Beijing Beef.

Was REALLY IMPRESSED by how this restauraunt handled a wanna be meltdown situatuon just less an hour before closing last night! While a big event was going on locally and the town was flooded with people! KUDDOS to the EMPLOYEES:):) They were so steadfast and honest and working so hard, I didn’t see one frown or hear one complaint from the long line of customers or employees in the line!! So wonderful!! You guys rock! You guys dealing with the situation calmly and patiently, passed down ypur good attitude to the customers:):):) I have not had the same positive experiences at some other Panda Expresses at all:(:( YOU GUYS SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOURSELVES!:)
