Found many pieces of hair inside my food. Contacted the Manager right away but said he doesn’t know how to refund a gift card which is how I paid and to call him back when he is not busy. It has been 5 days and I have not received a refund.

Update 08/2022 – This store accepted online orders on 8/6/22 however their internet was supposedly down, so many people showed up, did not get anything they ordered (and paid for). Even worse, the employee at the store did not answer the phone, saw that people were knocking on the door and stood there completely useless. Had it not been for an arriving delivery driver (which, how were they making deliveries if their internet was down?) explaining the situation we would have had no idea. Days later, no word on a refund, and the useless employees/ manager don’t even pick up the phone.

Let’s see. Drivers take forever & always forget atleast one thing, especially sauces that we PAY for. Multiple times I’ve had my orders take over an hour to be delivered due to the driver being unprofessional. 3 nights ago, my last time here btw, my pizza was terrible. No seasoning on the crust, the bottom was so thin and undercooked as soon as you picked up every piece, literally everything fell off. You’re a customer service company, act like it.

Ordering from this location was the biggest mistake of my life. I have never seen a group of workers as incompetent as the ones that work at this Dominos. An hour after I place my order to be delivered, the pizza tracker still shows my order stuck at the “quality check” step. I call the store and wait to be put through for a solid 10 minutes, no answer. I hang up and try at least 3 more times, still no answer. I eventually give up and drive to the store to pick up my order. Imagine that, you order pizza to be delivered and have to go to the store to pick it up because no one will drive it to your house… what a joke. When I get to the store I find that there are 4 or 5 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Why was no one answering my call then? The manager Seth had zero clue as to what was happening as he handed me my pizza which was just sitting on the rack getting cold. I will not shed a single tear when these employees inevitably lose their jobs to robots.
