8:30-8:45am Tuesday August 22.stopped and ordered a chicken sandwich, the rude car hop brought me a double cheese burger then when I said I ordered a chicken sandwich she proceeded to get an attitude with me. First off your screen at the stall didn’t even work. And when I asked about the price difference clearly stated on the menu the car hop told me that the chicken Sandwich should be more expensive than the double cheese burger. Which it was not based on the menu board that I even pointed out. Tired of poor customer service and lazy employees at this sonic. Let me also add that I had to wait for the wrong order and then had to wait even longer for the order to be corrected…. When I was told “we will have that right out for you” please tell people if there is gonna be a wait for food when it has to be cooked.

We were just there I have called and called apparently the number is not working I ordered the bcb griller well all I got was a plain burger on a bun with lettuce no bacon no may and 2 tiny pieces of grilled onion I get the same burger every time this burger was almost 7 bucks ?

I’m really just over eating here. It’s not that the food is necessarily bad but it’s always skimpy and therefore overpriced. I ordered a breakfast burrito and it had four tiny pieces of sausage on it, less than half a regular sized piece of sausage. I also ordered the new steak grilled cheese and it had two very small pieces of meat hiding in the sandwich. Very overpriced and underwhelming. If you order hear I would just order off the value menu. At least you get what you pay for with that stuff.

After all the remodeling sonic did. I still get cold and worst looking food. My steak house burger did not have the onions on them. My broccoli and cheese bites are cold as hell and the tater tots seemed to be setting for long time. I will not be back to any sonic.
