I came here with a small group of friends for dinner. The food portions were really large and tasted pretty decent. The chicken parm and spaghetti was amazing, though the meatballs were average. Service was a bit slow, but overall a nice place for Italian food, and they have little bread buns to start you with.

Wow. Just ordered this pizza 30 min ago and just picked it up; I’m almost certain they reheated a pizza from yesterday and gave it to me, I came early at 5pm. There is no way this is a fresh pizza; it’s lukewarm, super dry, the pepperoni are completely dessicated and burnt, and there is absolutely not any “hot honey” drizzled on top. Worst pizza I’ve had in Boston, I just wasted $25.

This joint in particular is an MIT favorite. I was first introduced to Bertucci’s when every-other-event at MIT ordered huge pizzas and they came with sacks of the most incredible bread rolls ever.

I went with my family during our vacation the waitress immediately gave off a idc vibe wasn’t friendly and wasn’t very tending. We were in this establishment for about 2 hrs due to her not checking on us and taking forever to even put in our order and once did she asked our order as we placed it she wasn’t writing nothing down which isn’t unusual for a good waitress which she was not the funny thing is after hearing our order she stopped us and said wait I need a paper and pen I’m thinking ok maybe you should’ve had that when coming to take an order perhaps? . I was reviewing the menu again and just realized the sampler appetizer we ordered didn’t even come with everything (flatbread and ricotta missing). Overall experience was mediocre and that’s disappointing especially when on vacation to another state.

Great pizza, busy place with extremely sketchy service. Make sure to grab attention of servers, otherwise you’ll be waiting for menu 20-30 minutes. I’d give it a one star but the pizza was so good, I’ll give them a pass.

Literally worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Should have know when we walked in and the restaurant was empty. Was greeted by a rude woman, was not lead to a table, Literally said ” second booth near the window ” did not tell us her name, came over and said ” are you going to tell me what you want? We have a party coming in soon so I want to get your order in before they get here ” ordered our food and it was legit disgusting, bland, over cooked pasta. The fire alarms went off cause they shut the vents off in the kitchen ( which they are not allowed to do during business hours ) so cold in there I could see my breath (not even being dramatic). Just seriously one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Only reason we paid was so that we could get out of there as fast as we could. Trash.
