I’ve always eaten sharks and I love it; but I find myself in a health situation, no sodium and I can no longer have my sharks. If you someway find a way to make batter without sodium, I can enjoy my fish and chicken again. It will be good the company too. marketing ( no salt) you will get loads of new customers, by marketing those who like fried and cannot have salt. No salt, fried and good just like our sharks.

There’s a large woman with blonde hair who’s been behind the counter the last few times I visited this location and her attitude is absolute trash! She was rude as hell. I ordered a wing dinner and she just blurts out HOT MILD BREAD COLESLAW which makes all the sense now however in the moment I had no idea what she was asking me. I looked around for a moment at her and my friend for clarity. I’m like what am I missing. Instead of offering some clarification like idk using a structured sentence instead of blurting out 5 random options. I definitely don’t appreciate that. She was rude some more after that but she definitely ensured I’ll never visit this store again while she’s working. She needs to check her attitude. Period. How difficult would it have been to say oh do you want mild OR hot sauce and do you want coleslaw and bread on the side??

Terrible customer service. They charge you extra for sauce even though the containers are always half empty. The fries are always old and soggy. Will not return anymore.

I paid extra for catfish steaks and only received 2 all of the fish was old and refried. One piece was spoiled. I asked for hot sauce on the side but got mild sauce. Even coleslaw tasted spoiled. Money wasted.

Did not enjoy the food selected, shrimp & wings ordered were over cooked and the hush puppies were highly overcooked. The individual at the counter taking orders was not very welcoming and found the interaction with customers was dry and uninviting. Really thinking I picked the wrong time and day to give the food a try , I would return to allow for redemption of my experience because it can’t really be this bad .

So far the food at this location has been good & fresh they’ve never messed up my order. I don’t like that management stipulates what u can order as a 2+ combo, for example I can’t get all catfish fillets, or all wings, etc. Never had this happen at any other Sharks. Money is money & if I’m a happy paying customer, you should be glad I enjoy the food enough to come back again
