The bacon tempura Ramen was awesome! Most of it was savory and the pickled onion added a little sweet accent. The tempura was nice and crispy. It’s pricy, but I would come back as a special occasion

Overall, we had a great experience here. The staff were friendly and we got our food quickly. Everything was clean and there were plenty of seats.

Decent bowl of noodle soup but calling this Ramen is incorrect. It’s noodle soup with more Chinese flavouring elements and a few Japanese touches. I got Mr. Lee’s noodles with GF noodles. They prepared the Gluten Free Noodles well and they were a nice texture without being over cooked. The soft cooked egg was my favourite part. There wasn’t enough broth and I was expecting a rich tonkatsu pork broth, alas it was more soy sauce flavoured broth which wasn’t bad but a little one note with the Chasu pork. Mushrooms on top were nice but the bok Choy was raw which was a strange choice. A bit pricey for what you get.

Mister lee’s noodles were decent, better than the fried chicken ramen which I also tried, it’s quite salty though… the soup base flavor was good, overall a bit pricey for the portion. I recommend sharing to try different flavors. You can find seating in the back and they’ll bring the noodles to your table!

I come here all the time it’s always a blast. But this time picking up my order I’m missing ingredients. Not too big of a deal but for the price of these bowls I would expect quality control to be up to par with price. Again, not too big of a deal but how’s it gonna change if nobody says something. Love coming here.

This is probably my favorite ramen spot. The prices are fair and the ramen is spot on. I have tried some of the expermental flavors when they first opened and they were just ok. My favorites were mr lees and the veggie. I have not tried the bacon one but it sounds amazing. I unfortunaly am not as close now that i live up north so i will have to make a trip down town to the circle soon.

I got Mr. Lee’s noodles, not that good IMO. I found it rather dry, had to push the renge down pretty hard to get some juice. Almost half of the meat was chewy and cartilaginous, not a good value for $15 ramon.

My favorite ramen in the Lehigh Valley. High quality ingredients. I enjoy both the more traditional with chashu and their squash veggie broth creation. They were very accommodating when I requested to sub more vegetables instead of noodles one occasion. Kimchi is great. Portions are large. Always look forward to coming here.
