Tonight, my husband and I purchased a bottle of wine to go. When we got home and opened the bag, we found that the bottle had already been opened and was half empty. We called to ask how could the situation be rectified, as we were not aware before leaving. Madison was great and heard our concerns, then went to get the manager on the phone. Jessica, the manager, was extremely dismissive and acted as if it were impossible that a mistake could have been made, and wanted to “agree to disagree.” Why she would think anyone would lie about an opened bottle of wine from Olive Garden is beyond me, but her tone was quite condescending. Only after pressing the issue did she agree to refunding our money, and we will wait to see if that occurs. It would have been more appreciated if the manager acknowledged that it were possible for this to have occurred and offered a solution or compromise instead of basically insinuating we were lying. A $20 bottle of wine is not worth lying about, Jessica; we simply wanted to enjoy our evening. Pictures added for evidence.

Ordered grill shrimp on side with pasta this what I got. Raw uncooked cold shrimp. I’m completely baffled that this establishment would condone this mess. I could have cooked my own meal for all of this, just unacceptable. I was served raw food, completely unprofessional. I even called, and the manager took the phone, then tried to convince me that she herself looked at it and it was prepared ‘properly’. Does this looked cooked?

The food, service and atmosphere was fantastic! The music and aromas from the kitchen reminded me of Italy when I served in the Navy. Our ancestry has Italian in our blood line. My love of Italian food came from my mother’s father. I found out after his death. Always loved the Italian culture, European lifestyle is part of our family. I always loved my Italian friends. Olive Garden is truly a fine dining of Italian cuisine.

I loved my meal so much, and what made my experience more amazing was Dee. She is such a great server. My son admired her as well and he is just 6. He is like she is such a nice person. My pasta really was tasty and the flavor was not lacking at all. The bread sticks and the vegetables were very very tasty. I am definitely thinking of going back very soon. It’s a great restaurant. Looking forward to trying other meals on the menu.
