It was late and decided to run grab something. Ordered the grilled cheese burrito. Asked for chicken and got ground beef. Asked for no sour cream on the tacos. Got sour cream on them. Asked for no sour cream on the burritos. It was on ther. The chicken quesadilla had litterally 3 pieces of chicken on it. Just disappointing. During the day it’s typically much better. The fella in the drive thru was rushing me the whole order as well. Maybe work on quality and accuracy rather than speed.

Passing thru, ordered Deluxe Cravings Boxes (3 of them) no one said they didn’t have the items in the boxes so I’m not sure why they would still sell them to us. We got regular crunchy tacos and cinna twist with what I’m assuming was supposed to be a beefy 5 layer but mostly just cheese and beef. Just take it off the menu if you can’t fill the order please!! Went thru all that, 30 mins out of the way in hopes of getting the nacho fries – absolute disappointment. These are the reasons Taco Bells have bad names.

If I could give zero stars i would. Im not sure why, but they guy taking my order was laughing each time I would order something. He thought it was hilarious that I said Diablo sauce when asked if I wanted any sauces. I received 1 pack of mild and 1 of hot only. My 5 layer burritos was over filled and leaked all over the wrapper. Very unappealing. After years and years of eating at taco bell ive never seen this kind of service before. Will not be going back and I hope my review will convince others to go elsewhere as well. And to think these people want 15$ an hour.

We’ve been here so many times really trying to give them a chance to give us a decent meal. Tonight is another ridiculous attempt. Look at this taco. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too ! Food was so disappointing after driving hours truck driving ! 5layer burritos was awful made me gag biting into it over filled with beans & let’s not talk about this poorly made taco will hardly anything in it as soon we walked in seen 4 people working so I was patiently waiting I know it hard to run a restaurant short staffed but it wasn’t even busy! Lady at the drive through just standing there doing nothing instead of taking our orders so to get out of there I HAD TOO use the broken, glitching kiosk … bad customer service if that’s all the employees Taco Bell has they might as well shut down the restaurant!!! Couldn’t get names because they had no name tags smh ZERO STARS

Our order was incorrect, so go around and wait in the drive thru line again just to show the girl at the window our order and her to tell us it was all there. I can see that the hard shell tacos that I ordered were not there. I understand being short staffed but come on guys seriously I just showed you the contents of the bag and obviously it was not all there.
