The parking lot here is always BUSY, and the drive-thru is always packed. If you order ahead, I’d recommend giving about 10 minutes because it truly is busy at this location. The staff seems stressed at times, but they try!

I absolutely despise giving one star ratings, but I also acknowledge that it is beneficial for the growth and development of the company to receive such reviews in hopes that it improves. I ordered and they got the order wrong to the extent that it could have been detrimental to someone’s health. Sugar free sometimes is very necessary but when the employee feels like it’s not a big deal, it becomes even more of a big deal. If the customer order something at a discounted rate and the employee gets it wrong, I don’t believe it is appropriate to charge them the full rate in the process of correcting the mistake.

Stopped in on the 4th of July at 12:30 p.m. and waited 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me then told me I was standing in the wrong spot to order. Then went to that area and waited another 5 minutes to order a simple chicken wrap sandwich. There were 4-5 girls working and were not very busy at the time. Their main concern seemed to be restocking supplies and cleaning all while keeping their backs to the customers and not making any contact at all. Waited 20 minutes when the girl brought my food did not say whose order was up or what it was just said nothing and walked away? Extremely dissatisfied with the service and friendliness.

Usually friendly Staff, but one lady was super standoffish and not friendly at all. When I tried to tell her about the dunkin members reward, a free breakfast sandwich with a purchase of a medium drink for reward members she was unwilling and tried to give me a hard time. Didn’t get her name, but was middle age? With brown hair and dark eyes. Definitely the unfriendliest staff I’ve encountered at that location.

I ordered a medium Americano with cream. It’s one of the best Dunkin coffees I’ve ever had plus the employees were friendly and attentive. An excellent beginning for a new location.

The best dunkin in kankakee county. I’m addicted to dunkin so I literally have gone to every one. Though only one of them I’ve had negative experiences at, they’re all pretty good. I prefer this one because not one single time have they messed my order up. Even better is they know me by name and know my order, so most of the time they tell me good morning/afternoon Kat and ring me up. It’s great and the drinks and food never disappoint. Staff is very friendly and it’s always so clean. They run a great crew over there no matter the time or day. Keep up the hard work, it doesn’t go unnoticed

Went to drive thru and ordered and paid for the new bacon avocado tomato sandwich, went home and opened the box to find a single slice of bread with guac and piled with tomatoes. Not what I ordered.

The crew is always super nice. Food and drinks always delicious. I usually go around 7-8 am. Sometimes there is a longer line than normal but they do a fantastic job at getting everyone taken care of as quick as possible.
