I ordered food. I was across the street and they refused to deliver which was fine so I told them I would pick it up. They said 20 mins … I waited 15 mins in hopes it would be ready sooner. When I got there and asked for status of my food. I got attitude and looks. They did seem busy however the level of attitude was uncalled for. I will not be back. With so much competition I would think they would be nicer.

If there was a 0 star button I would have pressed that. The customer service was rude and dismissive. I ordered an hour before they closed for delivery to a 10 minute away address, and they told me “the delivery driver didn’t want to come that far” and that if he does “they are charging me a delivery fee and I would have to agree to tip at least 5$”. I called an hour n 10 minutes later after my food had still not arrived n the cashier said he’s on his way and he didn’t want to even come” . Disrespectful!
